Fixed Price Packages and Pricing
If you are considering genealogical research, please get in touch with me by emailing glasgowgenealogy@gmail.com and I will be happy to give a quote depending on your specific needs, charged at my base rate of £35 per hour. As a guide though, these are the two most common packages I offer.
Ancestor Report - £300
Starting with a relative of your choosing, I'll go back three generations on both sides, so their parents, grandparents and great-grandparents where possible. I'll provide the report as a .pdf for printing, along with images of any original certificates accessed as part of the research, and two pedigree charts showing maternal and paternal lines. House History - £350
A house history will take you through the history of your house and the people who lived in it over time, concentrating on pre-2000 records. Results will be presented as a .pdf with images of any original records accessed. Sasines (land transfer documents) cost £36 from National Records of Scotland, these will also be emailed to you after report is completed. Contact me for bespoke pricing for homes outwith Scotland.
